Convinced that he had escaped his dad, Nick slammed the door behind him and kicked the grass beneath him, chucking a huge mound of dirt from the earth. However, an aggravated groan escaped his lips at the sound of his dad's voice again. "Nicholas! You do not walk away from me when I am talking!" He said sternly, his gaze piercing as he narrowed his eyes. "Gosh, would you stop treating me like such a kid!" He shouted back, the veins in his neck now visible as it emerged from under his pale flesh. "I will stop treating you like a kid when you stop acting like one." He replied back, a daunting edge present in his voice. "What the hell is that supposed to mean?" Nick gritted through his teeth, clenching his fists tightly together. "You're still living under my roof, and I am paying your bills. So, when you actually decide to do something with your life and make an earning to support yourself, that's when I'll stop treating you like some immature adolescent. Do you understand me?" Nick felt like he had been slapped across the face, the words a blow to his pride. However, instead of waving the white flag, surrendering, he pressed on, "Instead of giving me the lecture, why don't you simply just tell me to get the fuck out of your house?" "Nicholas Jerry Jonas!" His dad roared, his eyes wide with a mix of fury and lament. "Admit it, Dad. You've never been proud of me. Nothing I ever do will ever be enough. I'm the son you never wanted." He said, his heart aching at his own words. The memories of the past flashed in his mind. . .all those times he had been neglected, left to take care of himself. His vision misty, Nick's dad reached out toward Nick, his voice full of sorrow and regret, "Nicholas. . .you know that's not true—" "As much as I wish it wasn't true, I think it is and there's nothing I can do about that. Do us both a favor and why don't you go back to your old routine?" Without another word, Nick walked away, down the block, desperate to increase the distance between his dad and him. . . . . . . . . . Grazing his knuckles against the wooden door and knocking on it, Nick huffed, licking his dry, parched lips. Out of desperation, his feet had led him here but as soon as the door opened, he wished he hadn't. "Nick? What are you doing here?" Naomi asked, batting her eyelashes rapidly. She opened the door wider, welcoming him inside. Her house was full of décor, resembling model homes in those home furnishing magazines. It was quite grandeur but still managed to retain a comforting feeling. "I. . .just needed to clear my head, and I got into a fight with my—" Nick struggled to articulate his words, constantly licking his lips. Pulling him close to her, her eyes twinkled with lust as she whispered in his ear, "I think I know just what you need to clear your mind." A smirk playing across her face, she led Nick up the stairs and into her room, locking the door behind them. Seductively, she pushed him onto the bed, climbing on top of him, nestling herself on his crotch. Leaning in, she connected her lips to his, kissing him fervently. As he slipped his tongue inside of her and wrestled hers for dominance, she moaned against his lips, the limb between Nick's legs growing hard. "Where are your parents?" Nick groaned against her lips, playing with the elastic band of her shorts. "Out." She breathed heavily, stripping herself of her shirt. Connecting her lips with his again, she began to trail down, leaving soft kisses on his neck. Groaning with desire, the only thing on his mind was the corrupt sin and lust.
